Improved Arkio Cloud link panel

Based on user conversations we’re making some updates to our Arkio cloud link process by moving the cloud linking and status to a dedicated icon and panel in Arkio’s UI. This feature is planned for our 2.2 release will replace the cloud link page that is now available inside the Create > Import tab.
