Make Cloud Groups an organizational tool
Arkio has a lot of great features once you’re actually in a meeting, and it seems like more are being added or improved all the time. But the way cloud groups currently work is chaos. Make groups an actual organizational tool. Groups seem to just be a file sharing protocol rather than something that exists outside of my headset in any understandable way. I have no idea how many groups we have in my company, and we probably have multiple groups for each project because users didn’t realize there was a group that already existed. I also have no idea which files people have on their headsets, and we spend too much time on meetings trying to confirm people have the correct files on their headsets and troubleshooting why they don’t (Many people at my company are not very tech savvy). I’d like to be able to see which groups I’m a part of in my headset, which files are associated with that group, and the other users who are members of that group. The ability to filter my scene viewer by group. We often have to split our projects into multiple sections to make them viewable on our Quest headsets, and because I’m working across multiple projects, my scene viewer is completely disorganized with different pieces of different projects mixed together in one long list. The ability to grant users access to a group directly, or at least having a persistent password to join a group that doesn’t time out. I keep running into situations where I send someone a password to join a group, they are in a meeting or doing something else, and then by the time they try to join it has timed out. I love the tools you are developing for design, which is a truly unique approach and one of the reasons we chose Arkio. But it is very difficult to get people at my company and clients on board with using it because file and project management is so confusing and disorganized. We would love if you could make improvements here more than anywhere else.

AI Strength / Geometry Lock Slider
I want a way to control how much the AI modifies my building and textures. Currently, it changes the structure too much when I only want it to enhance the environment and lighting. A "strength" or "creativity" slider would help keep the architectural integrity while still getting realistic renders.

Custom textures in the paint tool/drawer
I want to be able to use my own custom textures (JPG/PNG) directly in the Arkio paint tool/drawer. This is critical for my business, which focuses on facade renovation presentations, as I need to show specific facade materials to clients. Currently, I can only use the built-in materials or import textures via other software like Revit/SketchUp, which is not as efficient for quick presentations in Arkio.

Improved Arkio Cloud link panel
Based on user conversations we’re making some updates to our Arkio cloud link process by moving the cloud linking and status to a dedicated icon and panel in Arkio’s UI. This feature is planned for our 2.2 release will replace the cloud link page that is now available inside the Create > Import tab. Let us know if you have any ideas or feedback on this.

Movable instances from Revit, Rhino and Sketchup exports
Based on feature requests from some of our users. We’re currently working on our 2.2 release with the ability for users to select objects in their exports from our plugins to be movable in Arkio. This enables many new usecases and interactions with model equipment or furniture pieces. Using our plugin users can sellect the following elements to be movable: Revit > Categories Rhino > Layers Sketchup > Tags If you have ideas or input on this feature we’d love to hear your feedback!

Rotating an Object
Having a very difficult time. I have read every article and have been at it for days (desktop and Oculus) to only try and rotate an image. I am trying so many ways with rotating the object outside this am so I had to import and export it so many time I used up my license. I am ready to throw the towel on this tool. My object came into the scene laying down I want to rotate it and stand it up THAT IS ALL.
