If something goes wrong, use Report an issue to send our team a description and supporting information. Reports help us investigate unexpected behavior, AI problems, and performance issues.
How to report a problem
Click the flag icon near the bottom of the right-hand toolbar.
Choose the category that best describes your feedback.
Add a short summary and explain what happened.
Review the information included with your report.
Select Send report and wait for confirmation.
If an AI request displays Report this, you can use that shortcut to report the problem from the conversation.
What should I write?
Tell us:
What you were trying to do.
The steps or AI request that led to the problem.
What you expected and what happened instead.
Whether it happens every time or only occasionally.
For example:
I asked the agent to add a pitched roof to the selected building. It added the roof to the neighboring building instead. I expected only the selected building to change.
What information can I include?
Screenshot: Shows the scene and the visible problem.
Diagnostics: Technical information that helps us investigate errors and performance.
This chat: Your conversation and the agent’s actions, useful when reporting an AI issue.
The scene: A copy of your model to help us reproduce the problem.
Review these options before sending, especially if your scene or conversation contains confidential project information. Basic app, device, and account identifiers accompany the report.
After sending
If you like, you can keep the report reference to include it for communication with us about the same issue. We may also follow up using the email address supplied with your report for further details.
If the issue fails to send, you can also reach us by email at support@arkio.is and include any screenshots of the reference or error message shown.
Sending a report does not repair your scene. You can use history mode to restore a scene to a previous version that was still working well.
